V.S.O.P.

Scent Notes:
Top- Cardamom, Pink Pepper, Saffron, Cinnamon
Heart- Bulgarian Rose, Turkish Rose, Jasmine Sambac
Base- Cognac, Amber, Animalic Musk, Tobacco Leaf

As I settled into adulthood, I found myself gravitating towards more “grown up spirits”. You can’t beat a well made Old Fashioned in my opinion. One thing I love most about this cocktail is the fact that it evolves as you take each sip over time. The large ice cube allows for slow dilution.

Traditionally an Old Fashioned is made with bourbon but I have found that by using cognac, it adds a certain depth and complexity.

V.S.O.P opens with a spicy cardamom and sweet orange top. The saffron adds a sexy touch of leather. It then transitions into a sweet dewy rose with jasmine sambac lending a green, fruity, almost honey like note. The final “sip” mellows into a warm and rich amber, sweet tobacco leaf and warm aged vanilla.

By now this it has become a scent that anyone within your close sphere is going to be drawn in by. Wear with caution, because anyone around you is likely to become intoxicated.
